Design proof
我把你的圖排到掛耳包外袋版面，加上你要的標題／品牌／祝詞。寄打樣給你確認。
Your image goes onto the drip-bag wrapper with your title / brand / message. I send a proof for sign-off.
烘焙 + 出貨
Roast & ship
確認後小批量烘焙、裝填、印外袋。2 週內黑貓宅配到府（運費含）。多地址也可分送。
Small-batch roast, fill, and print. Within 2 weeks via T-Cat courier (shipping included). Multi-address fulfillment available.

最少要做幾盒？What's the minimum quantity?
1 盒就接。每盒 10 包、每包 15 公克。個人紀念、極小批量都可以；小批量單價會比較高，詢價時我會說明。
One box minimum. 10 bags per box, 15 g per bag. Personal keepsakes and ultra-small runs welcome — per-unit price is higher at small quantities, which I'll explain in the quote.
價格大概是多少？What's the rough price?
每單獨立報價。設計打樣費 NT$ 1,000（含 2 次修改），其餘依咖啡豆價 × 數量 × 印刷複雜度計算。詢價信寄出後 24 小時內收到報價單，運費已含在報價內。
Quoted per project. Design proof fee NT$ 1,000 (includes 2 revisions). Remaining cost depends on bean price × quantity × print complexity. Quote arrives within 24 hours — shipping included.
我能指定豆子，或用我自己的咖啡嗎？Can I choose specific beans or supply my own?
目前都從我提供的選單裡挑（見上方「當期供應商豆種」）。指定選單外的豆子、或自帶咖啡進來代工，目前都不接 — 因為烘焙批號、品保、出貨流程已綁定我合作的烘焙工作室，外援會打亂節奏。
Selection is limited to my curated menu. Off-menu beans and bring-your-own coffee are not currently accepted — the roast-batch and quality-control workflow is locked to my partner roaster and outside inputs disrupt the cadence.
圖檔要什麼規格？What image specs do you need?
最佳：原始 RAW 或 300 dpi TIFF / 高品質 JPG，短邊至少 2000 px。手機照也能做，但會建議裁切或重拍。我會在打樣前告訴你能不能用。
Best: original RAW or 300 dpi TIFF / high-quality JPG, at least 2000 px on the short side. Phone photos can sometimes work — I'll tell you before proofing whether yours is print-ready.
交期？運費？Lead time? Shipping?
從打樣確認算起 2 週內交貨。急件加 30%（婚禮、開幕能優先排）。運費已含在報價內（黑貓宅配）。同一訂單可分送多個地址，適合企業送禮、婚禮把不同數量寄到不同親友家。
Within 2 weeks of proof approval. Rush jobs +30% (weddings and openings get priority). Shipping included in the quote (T-Cat courier). One order can ship to multiple addresses — useful for corporate gifts or weddings sending to different households.
海外訂單？International orders?
食品出口流程繁瑣，目前主要服務台灣本島。海外讀者請寫信，我們可以討論個案。
Food exports are paperwork-heavy so I primarily serve Taiwan. International clients — email me and we'll discuss case by case.
怎麼付款？可以開發票嗎？Payment? Can you issue invoices?
