個人非商業帳號、單張、註明攝影：高國維、且不用作任何宣傳目的，免費。只要動用到「品牌帳號」「業配」「賣產品」就需要授權。

作品庫裡某張照片不在公開頁面，可以用嗎？Can I license an image not visible in the public archive?
可以。我有大量未公開的作品（特別是研究紀錄、特殊物種、稀有行為）。說明你的用途與物種需求，我會挑幾張寄給你預覽。

付了費卻沒簽攝影師署名怎辦？What happens if my designer forgets the credit line?
Personal / Editorial 方案署名為強制條件。漏署名一次：補上 + 罰金 30% 該圖授權費。屢次違反或商用拒簽：依著作權法處理。
Credit is mandatory in Personal/Editorial tiers. First omission: fix + 30% of the license fee as penalty. Repeated violations or commercial-use refusal to credit: handled under Taiwan copyright law.
