高國維博士（George Kao PhD）— 台灣水下攝影家。國立清華大學生命科學博士，2026 年共獲 37 項國際攝影競賽肯定，包含 Ocean Art 2025 廣角組第二名（銀牌）、Ocean Art 2022 金牌、Underwater Photographer of the Year（UPY）、ADEX Voice of the Ocean、Ocean Geographic、聯合國世界海洋日 等。
George Kao PhD is a Taiwan-based underwater photographer with a doctorate in life sciences from National Tsing Hua University. His work has earned 37 international competition honours across Ocean Art (Gold 2022 · 2nd Place Wide Angle 2025), Underwater Photographer of the Year, ADEX Voice of the Ocean, Ocean Geographic, and UN World Oceans Day.
他的作品結合自然史觀察、保育敘事與作者性的影像方法論（The Riff Approach™）— 不只是水下生物的紀錄，而是把每一隻動物視為一個獨立的個體與故事。這些影像進入收藏，意味著一個科學家與保育者的視角，被妥善地保存與懸掛。

我們不囤現貨。每件作品都在收到您的詢問後製作 — 因此每一張都經過藝術家本人的校樣與親手簽名。請預留 3–4 週製作時間（國際運送另加 1 週）。
No inventory. Each work is made to order after your inquiry — every print is proofed and hand-signed by the artist before it ships. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production (international shipping adds ~1 week).

Giclée on canvas
檔案級畫布卷裱於實木內框（尺寸 15×15 至 135×600 cm）。藝術家於正面右下角親簽 + 內框木條親簽 + 編號。免裱框可直接懸掛。

Japanese acid-free plaster art paper made with classical Italian fresco principles. A fresco-like, polishable surface — among the highest-spec fine-art printing substrates in the world. Pencil verso signature + edition number.
所有底材由台北 高雷射藝術印製所（High Lights Workshop / HL Art） 製作 — 其近年博物館級展件包含 維梅爾光影藝術展（2014）、瑪麗・羅蘭珊特展（2015）、拉拉熊主題展（2016） 等，所有裱裝符合 英國 Fine Art Trade Guild 國際標準。
All substrates are produced by High Lights Workshop (HL Art), Taipei — whose recent museum-grade projects include the Vermeer Light & Shadow exhibition (2014), Marie Laurencin retrospective (2015), and Rilakkuma touring show (2016). All framing and mount work conforms to the UK Fine Art Trade Guild international standard.

Rainbow's Breath — A Small Fish Who Still Spits the Sand
這隻 Benny 鳚魚在每次吐沙之間，剛好讓另一支 snoot 從牠的背後打出一道光譜。我等了 53 分鐘，等牠習慣鏡頭、等水流靜下來、等牠願意再一次吐沙 — 不是為了拍出彩虹，而是為了等到「牠選擇繼續生活」的那一刻。
For 53 minutes I waited — for the blenny to accept the lens, for the silt to settle, for it to spit one more time. The rainbow isn't the point. The point is the moment a small life chooses to keep going.

Before You Collect
為什麼採限量版次（Edition）？ Why limited editions?
每張作品限量印製、簽名、編號 — 一旦售完便不再加印。這是國際畫廊與收藏市場的標準作法，能確保版次稀缺性與作品長期價值。
Each work is produced in a finite, numbered, signed run. Once sold out, the edition closes — never reprinted. This is the international gallery standard, protecting scarcity and long-term value.
下訂後多久能收到作品？ How long until I receive my work?
每件作品皆為 made to order：確認後約 3–4 週製作完成（含藝術家校樣 + 親手簽名）。國際運送另加 1 週緩衝。我們不囤現貨，是為了確保每張都是藝術家本人視覺確認過的成品。
Every work is made to order. Production takes about 3–4 weeks from confirmation (including artist proof and signing). International shipping adds ~1 week. No inventory is kept — every print is personally proofed by the artist.
可以選擇藝術無框畫、合金印像或灰泥藝術紙嗎？ Can I choose canvas, metal, or Fresco Giclée instead of paper?
可以。預設為 Hahnemühle 紙基（fine art 收藏標準），可加價升級為藝術無框畫（+USD $200–400）、ChromaLuxe® 合金印像（+USD $300–500），或最高規格的日本灰泥 Fresco Giclée（Collector / Gallery 版限定，報價另議）。不同底材的簽名方式不同 — 詳見上方「製作流程」說明。
Yes. Hahnemühle paper is the default (the fine-art collector standard). You can upgrade to Fine Art Canvas (+USD $200–400), ChromaLuxe® HD Metal Print (+USD $300–500), or the top-tier Japanese Fresco Giclée (Collector / Gallery only, price on request). Signing methods vary by substrate — see "How it's made" above.

不行 — 為了保護收藏者的版次價值，藝術家不出售數位檔。商業授權（廣告、雜誌、書籍）請另洽 合作邀約。

會。每件作品於版次售出 1/3、2/3 時各調漲一次，售完後該尺寸不再加印。重要展出、得獎或刊登也可能引發單獨調整。
Yes. Prices step up at one-third and two-thirds sold within each tier. Major exhibitions, awards, or publications may also trigger an adjustment.
